- Production Planning: Translates design blueprints and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) into daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules.
- Team Supervision: Manages and mentors carpenters, machine operators (CNC, edge bander, panel saw), polishers, and helpers.
- Quality Control: Conducts quality and finishing checks on plywood, laminates, and hardware to ensure products meet design specifications and company standards.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Monitors raw material usage (wood, veneers, hardware), minimizes material wastage, and tracks inventory levels.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinates with the design, procurement, and site execution teams to prevent workflow bottlenecks and ensure seamless installations.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensures the secure operation of all factory machinery, enforces workplace safety protocols, and minimizes equipment downtime.
