We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for current employees.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and business requirements.
- Prepare training calendars, training materials, and assessment reports.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure continuous employee development.
- Drive employee engagement and learning initiatives.
- Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (MBA).

Preferred:

- Candidates with a Hotel Management background.




- Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations.
- Prior experience as a Trainer or in a Learning & Development role.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to create training content and learning materials.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for employee development.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Hospitality, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
