- Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills for clients.
- Verify work quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work completion details.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Track work progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation reports.
- Assist in preparing variation orders, extra item claims, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification and payment follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project status.
- Support estimation and project planning teams whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, and Quantity Surveying
- Experience in measurement verification and reconciliation.
- Understanding of construction contracts and tender documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, ERP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 3–8 Years in Billing Engineering within the Construction Industry.
