Key roles and responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable,

accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements.

 Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings (where applicable).

 Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings.

 Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

 Review and approve journal entries and financial transactions.

 Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.

 Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and

operational efficiency.

 Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

 Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Skills:





 Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

 Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or NetSuite.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 Knowledge of taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.

 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

 MBA (Finance) preferred.

 8–12 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with leadership experience.
