About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations for electric 3-wheelers. The candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor activities, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and handling manpower efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership skills, production planning knowledge, and hands-on experience in automotive or EV manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities in the EV manufacturing unit
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor assembly line operations including battery systems, motors, and vehicle components
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance
- Manage shop floor workers, technicians, and operators
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage




- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workplace discipline
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Maintain production reports and documentation

Key Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in Automotive or EV Manufacturing
- Experience in supervising production or assembly line operations
- Knowledge of EV components including battery, motor, and controller
- Understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety standards
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S practices is preferred

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering

Employment Type:

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
