Fresher BLD Export Executive
Job Summary:
The BLD Export Executive is responsible for handling export bookings, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with shipping lines and customers, and ensuring smooth and timely export cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process export booking requests from customers and sales teams.
- Coordinate with shipping lines for booking and space confirmation.
- Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bill of Lading (BL) drafts.
- Monitor vessel schedules and shipment timelines.
- Follow up on booking confirmations and shipment status.
- Coordinate cargo movement with transport and operations teams.
- Provide shipment updates to customers and principals.
- Resolve booking, documentation, and shipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations.
