Position: Intern – Recruitment - Interview Coordination

Location: Koregaon Park- Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office (based on project requirements)

Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Communicate interview details, confirmations, and updates to candidates and interviewers.
- Manage interview calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including meeting links, room bookings, and logistics.
- Track interview progress and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback from panel members.




- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support.
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and operational recruitment activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and calendar management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations will be preferred.
