Job Description:

- Should have hands-on experience of 10 years building products using .net technology.
- Should be strong on .Net Core, ASP.Net, C# .Net, HTML, CSS, Jquery, MSSQL, ReactJS or AngularJS, Dockers.
- Should have contributed to architecting products and built products using Microservices architecture.
- Should have experience on leading a team.
- Should have valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Problem solvers with solutioning mind-set and good logical thinking. Should have the go-getting attitude, quick learner.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Drive projects from Requirements to Release phase.
- Should be accountable for the delivery of a project.
- Be the point of contact between the project stakeholders (Customer, Business, delivery team).
- Manage a team,



mentor and drive them to success.
- Play the role of a technical consultant and a hands-on contributor who can address the technical roadblocks and accelerate the pace of development.
- Should adhere to the company defined process.
- Perform requirement engineering, project estimations, Construction and Unit testing, Quality management, Deployment and Release management.
- Contribute to the pre-sales activity by presenting the technical capabilities and strengths.
- Support in talent acquisition, trainings to create the skilled workforce required to fulfil the needs of the organization.
