Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle the maintenance and repair of multiple building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across different trades to ensure seamless operations in client facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, panels, circuits, wiring, transformers, switchgear, and distribution boards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, power failures, and voltage fluctuations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical installations as per safety and compliance standards.
- Assist in HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, or mechanical system troubleshooting as required.
- Respond to breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of electrical and related maintenance issues.
- Maintain detailed logs, reports, and service records for all electrical and multi-skilled maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with facility managers, vendors, and contractors for specialized electrical maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations (such as IS standards, IE rules, and local codes).




- Optimize energy consumption by implementing power-saving solutions and best practices.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and control systems.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years in electrical maintenance, with exposure to facility management or industrial environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Robust expertise in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of power distribution, circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and motor controls.
- Experience with UPS systems, DG sets, and BMS (Building Management System) operations.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Certifications (Preferred): Electrical Safety Certification, Wireman License, or other relevant trade certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, manufacturing plants, or large residential complexes.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and electrical safety protocols.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
