Job Role -

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create clean, high-quality, and

conversion-focused visuals for digital and offline use. The ideal candidate should understand

branding, visual communication, campaign goals, and fast execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Robust understanding of typography, layout, color theory,



and branding principles.
- Experience in designing creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and turn them into high-quality visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities -

- Design creatives for social media, ads, websites, landing pages, emailers, presentations,

brochures, and promotional material.

- Work closely with the marketing team on campaign creatives, banners, thumbnails, pitch

decks, and internal communication assets.

- Edit images, illustrations, and visual elements while maintaining consistency in typography,

layout, and brand identity.

- Handle multiple design requests, meet deadlines, and stay updated with current design trends

and tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) -

- Quality and consistency of design output.
- On-time delivery of creatives and efficient handling of revisions.
- Contribution to campaign performance, branding, and marketing impact.
