- Execute site activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Monitor and report actual progress vs planned.
- Ensure use of the latest and approved drawings.
- Raise RFIs for design/drawing clarifications.
- Raise material indent/requisitions in advance.
- Monitor material delivery and prevent wastage.
- Maintain site records like DPR, checklists, and logs.
- Share daily work progress reports with photo proof.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of work.
- Rectify defects and report quality concerns immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed in office.
- Conduct toolbox talks and report unsafe practices.
- Allocate work to labours and supervise productivity.
- Follow up with contractors to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project updates to the planning/PM team.
- Attend review meetings and provide accurate updates.
- Identify and close snag points before handover.
- Support mock-up and customer handover processes.
