Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage the entire Accounts Department, lead a team, and ensure compliance with all financial and taxation requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and coordination with banks and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and finalization of accounts
- Lead and manage the accounts team, including task allocation and review
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare and finalize financial statements
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Handle tax filings, audits, and assessments
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, loans, reconciliations, and documentation
- Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and negotiations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls




- Support management with MIS reports and financial insights

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
- Experience in handling complete accounts department independently
- Team management experience is mandatory
- Good exposure to banking operations and vendor management
- Proficiency in Tally (ERP knowledge preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
- Preference for candidates from logistics/transport industry

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
