Job description: (Human Resource Executive)

- Handling employee attendance, payroll and full & final settlement.
- Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
- Monitoring HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with policies.
- Manage employee grievances.
- Measure and track employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily HR operations of the Units.
- Hiring/ recruitment of Manpower requirements of the units.
- Computation of monthly wages and remuneration including compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Law etc.
- Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly and yearly returns of labour department and health cards of food handlers.

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- HR: 2 year (Preferred)
- Payroll management: Experience of 2 years using IDine software

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
