Key Responsibilities

- Designing ad creatives, landing-page visuals & digital assets that drive growth
- Editing short-form videos
- Owning the full visual identity for a few brands — end to end
- Working directly with marketers to refine creatives
- Bringing fresh ideas, quick execution & pushing standards higher every week
- Uses the power of AI to improve work

You will be a great fit ONLY IF:





- You’re experienced in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- You think creatively AND logically - design must have purpose
- You're fast, adaptable, and love solving problems visually
- You want responsibility, ownership, and growth - not just tasks
- You’re comfortable in a fast-moving agency setting
- Nice to have: Motion graphics / prior agency experience

Location: Ajoy Nagar, Kolkata, On-site role
