ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Leads and other team members to understand

requirements and translate them into scalable and robust Salesforce implementations.

- Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing and deployment activities in Salesforce environments.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs in implementations.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, process flows.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including but not limited to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and

retrospectives.

- Guide and supervise juniors in the project

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Lightning Web Components, Events, Component Bundles, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
- Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration (Drag-and-drop tools) and Customizations (LWC, Apex

etc.)

- Hands on experience on Writing Apex Triggers, VF pages, Test classes and batch classes.
- Hands on experience of deployment using the Change Set, VS Code. Knowledge on any DevOps tool, such as

Copado, is valuable to have.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC practices and ability to apply them to system development (where applicable) or

maintenance.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the

platform.

- Hands on experience in any niche areas(Commerce Cloud, Conga CLM, CPQ, etc) will be preferred

Hands-on experience designing and deploying Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including configuring AI





Agents, Agent Actions, Topics, and integrating with Data Cloud for grounded, context-aware responses across
Sales, Service, and Commerce workflows.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein and Generative AI capabilities — including Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot

(now Agentforce), and Model Builder — with the ability to craft effective system and user prompts, evaluate
LLM outputs, and implement guardrails for enterprise-grade AI deployments.

- Experience architecting multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows on the Salesforce platform,

including agent orchestration, fallback handling, escalation to live agents, and governance frameworks
aligned with Salesforce’s Trusted AI principles.

CERTIFICATION:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II(Preferred)

Educational Qualification:

- Graduation (B.E/B.Tech -CSE, ECE, IT)
