CANDIDATE PROFILE AND ELIGIBILITY
- Graduate
- Atleast One Year Experience in Agri/Fin/Rural Development/Micro Finance
- Around 22 – 30 Years
- Local Resident and Proficiency of Local Language
- Ability to work indipendently
- Basic technical knowledge
- Good conversational and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to travel daily and meet farmers in the villages
- Should be able to relocate according to business needs
- Should have a competitive attitude
