- Educational Qualification – B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering or a relevant specialization; Ph.D. preferred/pursuing as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Strong Academic Record – Consistent academic performance with a good CGPA/percentage throughout UG and PG.
- Teaching Competency – Ability to teach core Aerospace Engineering subjects such as Aerodynamics, Aircraft Structures, Flight Mechanics, Propulsion, Aircraft Design, and Aerospace Materials.
- Technical & Software Proficiency – Hands-on experience with aerospace design and analysis tools such as ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, SolidWorks, or other relevant software.
- Research & Publications – Publications in reputed Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals and peer-reviewed international/national conferences.
- Specialization Expertise – Knowledge in areas such as Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Avionics, UAVs/Drones, Space Technology, CFD, Composite Materials, Aircraft Design, or Structural Analysis.




- Student Mentoring & Academic Guidance – Ability to mentor students in academics, projects, internships, higher studies, innovation, and technical competitions.
- Laboratory & Project Supervision – Experience in conducting laboratory sessions and guiding UG/PG projects, design projects, research activities, and industry collaborations.
- Communication & Academic Administration – Excellent communication skills with willingness to contribute to curriculum development, accreditation (NBA/NAAC), examinations, and departmental responsibilities.
- Professionalism & Continuous Learning – Solid ethical values, teamwork, adaptability, commitment to continuous professional development, and passion for academic excellence.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
