Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Career Consultant to guide prospective students and job seekers in choosing suitable career paths, courses, or skilled opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students or candidates regarding career opportunities and programs.
- Understand individual requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding or enrollment process.
- Achieve assigned consultation and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, courses, and career opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
