Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

- Manage employee joining and exit formalities.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance review processes.





- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
