IT Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – IT to lead our IT operations, application support, infrastructure coordination, and enterprise software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing ERP implementations, software development projects, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, while ensuring reliable IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Application Support and IT Infrastructure teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA compliance.
- Oversee business-critical applications including School ERP, LMS, CRM, Ticketing Systems, Websites, and Internal Applications.
- Manage ERP implementation and software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, coordinate UAT, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Academics, Marketing, and Sales to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Manage software vendors and implementation partners, ensuring SLA adherence, contract compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure server availability, network uptime, security, backups, endpoint management, and IT asset management.
- Prepare weekly MIS and project status reports covering team performance, project progress, infrastructure health, risks, and vendor updates.




- Develop IT SOPs, improve service delivery processes, drive automation initiatives, and maintain technical and project documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant management qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 6–10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- 3–5 years of experience leading IT teams or managing IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, enterprise applications, software development projects, and third-party vendors.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech domain or School ERP will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
