We are looking for a hands-on Cinematographer for our podcast and photo studio who can own the complete video production process, from planning and shooting to post-production and final delivery.

You should have a strong visual eye, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to create premium, aesthetic content even when working with tighter budgets. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, experimental, and knows how to get the best possible output from the equipment and resources available.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematography & Lighting

Plan and execute shoots based on the creative brief and desired visual language.

Strong understanding of 3-point and 5-point lighting setups, with the ability to adapt lighting based on the product, set, and mood.

Shoot high-quality podcast shoots, product films, performance marketing content, digital videos, and social-first content.

Have a solid eye for product cinematography, composition, framing, camera angles, and visual aesthetics.

Operate gimbals and camera rigs to create smooth, dynamic, and visually engaging camera movements.

Experiment with lighting, lenses, camera movements, and practical techniques to create fresh and visually striking shots.

Product & Aesthetic Shoots

Strong experience and understanding of product shoots and product-focused visual storytelling.

Ability to make shoots look premium through lighting, camera movement, composition, and in-camera techniques.

Create visually striking, high-production-value content while working within budgets.

Find smart and practical production solutions instead of depending on expensive setups for every shoot.





He should have understanding of video editing so that content can be created accordingly.

Production Ownership
----------------------------

Own video production end-to-end, from pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production delivery.

Plan camera, lighting, lens, grip, and equipment requirements for each shoot.

Coordinate with equipment rental vendors whenever additional production gear is required.

Source the right equipment and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best possible costing.

Manage equipment, footage, shoot requirements, and production timelines efficiently.

Take complete ownership of deliverables and ensure projects move smoothly from brief to final output.

Skills & Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in cinematography and video editing.

Strong technical understanding of cameras, lighting, lenses, and camera movement.

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.and Adobe After Effects .

Strong understanding of 3-point and 5-point lighting setups.

Experience operating gimbals and professional camera rigs.

Strong visual sense and understanding of product cinematography.

Ability to work efficiently within tight budgets and timelines.

Comfortable coordinating with production and equipment vendors.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking complete ownership of projects.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who can understand a brief, plan the visual approach, light the set, pick up the camera, shoot crazy aesthetic visuals, edit the footage, and take the project all the way to final delivery.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
