Reliance Bismi is hiring experienced Sales Promoters for its Home Appliances division across multiple locations in Kerala. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell home appliances to walk-in customers.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrate product usage and answer customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and competitor products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: SSLC
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home appliances sales is mandatory.
- Age: Up to 50 years
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
