Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive who will be responsible for handling complete tendering processes including documentation, preparation, budget estimation, and submission. The candidate must have strong knowledge of government and private tenders, especially related to environmental services, waste management, or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders (GeM, e-procurement portals, government & private portals)
- Complete tender documentation and online submission
- Preparation of technical and financial bids
- BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation and cost estimation
- Budget planning and pricing strategy
- Coordination with accounts, technical and operations teams
- Preparation of compliance documents (EMD, Tender Fee, Affidavits, Declarations etc.)
- Maintaining tender database and submission records
- Follow-up on tender status and clarifications

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:





- Graduation (Commerce / Management / Engineering preferred)
- MBA / PGDM (Preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender handling
- Experience in Government & PSU tenders preferred
- Knowledge of GeM portal and e-tendering platforms

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of tender documentation
- Budget preparation & cost analysis skills
- MS Excel proficiency (Very Important)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
