Job Description:
Aharada Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process and helping them choose the right academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure clearly
- Maintain student records and update databases regularly
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
- Participate in outreach activities such as seminars and workshops
- Achieve assigned admission targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in counseling, sales, or education sector is a plus
