Webdotedit is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to join our growing sales team. If you are fluent in Hindi and English, enjoy speaking with people, and are confident in cold calling, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time office-based position. Work From Home is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Introduce Webdotedit's IT and digital services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales is a plus.
