Job Title: Finance Analyst – License & Chargeback Management Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance qualified with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to manage license consumption tracking and chargeback processes across business units. The role requires excellent communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely execution of finance operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor software/license consumption data across business units. Execute chargeback processes to internal teams based on usage and allocation models. Analyze financial data using advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.). Prepare periodic reports on license usage, cost allocation, and variance analysis. Collaborate with business, IT, and finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and billing. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficient license utilization. Ensure timely closure of finance activities, including reconciliations and month-end reporting.



Maintain documentation for processes and ensure audit compliance. Act as a point of contact for queries related to chargeback and financial allocations. Required Skills & Competencies Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). Good understanding of financial processes, cost allocation, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with quick turnaround times. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing finance tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification is preferred. Experience (Optional – Customize if needed) 2–5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or chargeback/accounting roles. Exposure to IT finance, license management, or cost allocation models is an added advantage. Success Metrics Accuracy and timeliness of chargeback calculations.
