Position: Sales Officer / Business Development Executive

Role Description:We are looking for a driven, high-energy SO / BDE to lead GT sales in Bangalore. This is a performance-driven field role focused on opening new retail accounts and driving revenue growth.

Offered Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- p.m. (as per experience) + Incentives + Allowances

Experience:

· 1–3 years in Field Sales (General Trade) in FMCG/Pharma/Nutraceuticals

Required: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new retail stores within assigned territory.
- Achieve a target of 50 new active retail accounts within 3 months
- Conduct minimum 40 physical (25 current) retail visits per week.
- Pitch the products and conduct live product sampling.




- Follow up for repeat orders and ensure secondary billing growth.
- Conduct inventory cross-check at retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
