HR Manager - Intellectual Property (IP) / Law firm experience

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with recent experience working in an Intellectual Property (IP) firm or a law firm with a dedicated IP practice.

The ideal candidate should understand hiring requirements within the legal/IP industry and have experience managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management for legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for IP/legal roles

* Coordinate with hiring managers for workforce planning

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

* Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication

HR Operations

* Oversee onboarding and employee documentation

* Maintain employee records and HR policies

* Support attendance, leave, and performance management processes

* Ensure HR compliance and process adherence

Employee Engagement

* Support employee engagement initiatives

* Address employee concerns and HR-related queries

* Help maintain positive workplace culture and communication

Stakeholder Coordination

* Work closely with leadership and department heads





* Support hiring for attorneys, patent analysts, paralegals, and related IP/legal role

Mandatory Requirements

* 5+ years of HR experience

* Recent experience in:

* Intellectual Property (IP) firm

OR

* Law firm with IP practice

* Solid recruitment and HR operations experience

* Experience hiring for legal/IP-related roles

* Excellent communication and coordination skills
