We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender MIS Executive to manage tender documentation, MIS reporting, data coordination, and project-related records. The candidate should have positive knowledge of Excel, documentation handling, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tenders and projects
- Handle tender documentation, data entry, and record management
- Coordinate with departments for collection of project and tender data
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Prepare comparative statements, BOQ data, and tender summaries
- Track tender status, submission dates, and follow-up activities
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all tender-related records
- Support management with data analysis and reporting
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation
- Basic understanding of tender processes and project coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
- Preferred: MBA / B.Com / Computer Applications / Engineering background
Salary
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
