- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve sales targets and support department success.
- Resolve customer issues related to gold loans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.
- Review branch performance and implement improvements.

Skills Required

- Experience in branch management or business development.
