Titan, a leading provider of automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly to join our Engineering team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. As a TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components for our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality checks and tests on assembled components to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Parameters:
- Experience with RP (Rapid Prototyping) is a plus
- Knowledge of automation systems and components is preferred
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is an asset

Work Experience
