Job Title: Operations & Marketing Manager

Location: Head Office – Lalkothi, Jaipur

Welmont Preschool & Daycare is looking for a proactive and result-driven Operations & Marketing Manager to lead operational excellence and support the organisation's growth across all centres. Based at our Head Office in Lalkothi, Jaipur, the role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring implementation of SOPs, monitoring centre performance, and working closely with Centre Managers to achieve operational and admissions targets.

The role includes planning and executing marketing initiatives, community outreach programmes, and brand-building activities to increase admissions. The candidate will establish partnerships with corporate organisations, residential societies, hospitals, and educational institutions, and conduct seminars and awareness sessions on early childhood education, parenting, and the importance of quality daycare.

The Operations & Marketing Manager will also be responsible for setting up new schools, coordinating infrastructure readiness, vendor management, procurement of furniture, learning resources and equipment, managing logistics,



and ensuring centres are operational before launch. The role includes coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

Additional responsibilities include organising events, managing marketing agencies, tracking campaign performance, analysing MIS reports, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring high standards of quality across all centres.

The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in operations, marketing, project management, or business development, preferably in education, healthcare, hospitality, or retail. Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and leadership skills are essential. An MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Operations, or Business Administration is preferred. Regular travel across Welmont centres and project sites will be required.
