Job Title: Physics Faculty

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate physics faculty member to join our team at Behere Educational Institute Pvt. Ltd. Since 1980. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching physics to CET, JEE/NEET, 11th, & 12th grade students. The Physics Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, monitoring student progress, and contributing to the overall academic development of our students.

Physics Teacher Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging physics lessons to students with varying backgrounds, interests, and abilities.

Monitor student performance and adapt teaching strategies to enhance content delivery and comprehension.

Assist in setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements and standards.

Communicate student issues to parents, counsellors, and relevant staff members to support student development.

Attend events, club meetings, and staff meetings as required to stay informed and engaged with the academic community.

Represent the institute at conferences, workshops,



and networking events to foster professional growth and collaboration.

Generate suggestions to improve the Physics Department and overall institute operations.

Build rapport with students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where sensitive topics can be discussed openly.

Encourage student participation in science fairs, competitions, and expos, and provide guidance and support for these events.

Physics Teacher Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in physics or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

A degree in secondary education with a focus on physics is also acceptable.

Relevant teaching licenses or certifications are required.

Previous teaching experience in educational institutes is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
