Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user systems, security tools, and platform operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, endpoint management, networking, and modern infrastructure tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL preferred)
- Windows Server and Windows desktop environments
- Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory / Azure AD user management
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and servers
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN)
- Security tools and endpoint protection systems
- Docker and container basics
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and endpoint compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills





- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox).
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash or PowerShell).
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Networking, Security) are an added advantage.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and networking devices.
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, access control, and identity management across systems and applications.
- Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 administration tools.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access management.
- Monitor and maintain IT security tools, endpoint protection systems, and compliance configurations.
- Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewall policies, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Perform system patching, updates, backups, and routine maintenance activities.
- Assist in infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
