We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Executive

to manage core HR operations at our DRI & Power Plant

site in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant experience

- Minimum 5 years in industrial / manufacturing HR

- Must have handled 200+ workforce

- Strong payroll and attendance management experience

- Labor law and statutory compliance knowledge

KEY WORK:

- Monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement

- Daily attendance, leave, and shift management

- Manpower planning with department heads

- Labor law compliance and audit support

- Employee grievance handling and coordination

- HR records, database, and documentation
