Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement & Sourcing:
- Source and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the inventory management process, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing overstock or stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Logistics & Distribution:
- Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Work with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers to optimize distribution networks.
- Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the supply chain, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Analyze data and trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with international teams or customers to meet specific requirements for global supply chain management.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards,



and company policies in all aspects of the supply chain.
- Monitor and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions, delays, or regulatory changes.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, cost analysis, and other key metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation on supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Robust understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proficient in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).
- Experience with global supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and supply chain optimization software.
