Hiring- Fashion Merchandiser

Role Focus:
Product development, sourcing, vendor coordination, production follow-ups, documentation, and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Checklist ✅Sourcing & Development

- ☐ Source fabrics, trims, and accessories
- ☐ Manage sample development and approvals
- ☐ Coordinate embroidery, handwork, and embellishment vendors

Vendor & Production Coordination

- ☐ Follow up with suppliers and outsourcing units
- ☐ Track production timelines and deliveries
- ☐ Coordinate with design and production teams

Documentation & Tracking

- ☐ Maintain production trackers
- ☐ Update checklist sheets and merchandising records
- ☐ Manage POs, costing sheets, development sheets, and production records
- ☐ Maintain vendor and material databases

Approval Management

- ☐ Fabric approvals
- ☐ Trim approvals
- ☐ Sample approvals

Quality & Reporting





- ☐ Assist in quality checks
- ☐ Monitor order status
- ☐ Provide production updates to management

Required Skills (Must-Have)

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Understanding of embroidery, handwork, embellishments, and surface ornamentation
- Vendor management and outsourcing coordination
- MS Excel and reporting skills
- Documentation and checklist management
- Positive color sense
- Robust communication and follow-up abilities

Experience

- 1–4 years in Fashion Merchandising / Production Merchandising

Employment

- Full-Time
- On-Site position

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
