Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4–8 years of experience in the Fintech, Gaming, or Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Meta, and Sales Navigator
- Execute cold calling and email outreach to acquire new clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients
- Ensure high levels of client engagement and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements




- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Industry experience in Fintech, Gaming, or Telecom
- Strong skills in lead generation and outreach strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability in client engagement and retention
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Exposure to digital sales strategies
