Job Summary:
The Nursing Educator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the clinical knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct induction, orientation, and ongoing training programs for nursing staff.
- Assess training needs and develop educational modules.
- Conduct competency assessments and maintain training records.
- Provide bedside teaching, clinical demonstrations, and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/NMC guidelines, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate mandatory training, CMEs,
workshops, and continuing nursing education (CNE) programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Nursing
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- 5-7 years of clinical experience, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
