- Design 3D Wiring Harness, Cable routing, and Schematic diagrams using Creo Parametric (Cabling Module).
- Place electrical components such as Connectors, Clips, Grommets, and Protective sleeves accurately in 3D models.
- Generate 2D Harness manufacturing drawings, Nailboard / Flattened drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Wire cut-length lists.
- Optimize routing to prevent sharp edges, bend radius violations, and exposure to high-heat sources.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing teams to resolve design interference issues.
- Apply DFMEA guidelines and ensure compliance with industry wiring standards.
- Conduct fitment analysis during prototype builds and process Engineering Change Orders (ECO) as needed.
