Hiring Sr, BDE(ED Tech)

- Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Work Schedule

- 6 Days a Week
- Sunday Working (Mandatory)
- Weekly Off: Any one day between Tuesday & Thursday

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have robust consultative selling skills and be confident in converting company-generated leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided leads and convert them into admissions.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 2 year of EdTech sales experience (Mandatory).
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Must own a laptop.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
