Warehouse Executive

Location: Alapakkam, Maduravoyal, Chennai
Experience: 1–2 Years

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage warehouse operations using Zoho Books. The role involves inventory management, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward stock entries.
- Generate invoices using Zoho Books.
- Prepare delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions.
- Perform stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.




- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP software (Tally ERP).
- Experience in inventory management, invoicing, dispatch, inward, and outward processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in a paint warehouse will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners (within one week) are preferred.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
