Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Project Monitoring & Execution
- a. Monitor construction of recent retail outlets as per approved drawings and specifications.
- b. Supervise upgradation works of existing retail outlets, including CNG installations.
- c. Ensure proper layout execution of all facilities as per approved plans.
- d. Mark levels for construction activities including earth filling and site development.
- 2. Structural & Civil Engineering Oversight
- a. Review and validate structural designs including building foundations, canopy foundations, retaining walls,
- and drainage systems.
- b. Ensure execution of construction drawings for all proposed facilities.
- c. Supervise driveway construction based on CBR and traffic patterns.
- d. Monitor layers of WBM/WMM and ensure proper base preparation (PCC).
- e. Inspect paver quality, strength, and installation process.
- f. Ensure proper drainage systems with required slope.
- 3. Mechanical Systems (Tank & Pump)
- a. Oversee layout and installation of fuel tanks and pumps.
- b. Verify pipeline specifications including material, class, and coating thickness.
- c. Ensure quality checks on tank coating and fittings (PESO approved components).
- d. Supervise pit preparation and installation activities.
- e. Review pressure testing records of pipelines.
- 4. Dispenser & STP Compliance
- a. Ensure proper installation of dispensers with shear valves, breakaway couplings, and emergency shut-off
- systems.
- b. Verify installation alignment as per approved layouts.




- c. Check functionality of Mechanical Leak Detectors (MLD).
- d. Ensure standard branding, color coding, and nozzle identification.
- 5. Canopy, RVI & Branding
- a. Supervise canopy construction as per approved design and specifications.
- b. Ensure quality compliance of roofing, false ceiling, and structural components.
- c. Verify installation of signage, lighting, and branding elements.
- d. Review structural stability certificates and OEM warranties.
- 6. Electrical Systems
- a. Ensure quality installation of armored cables and electrical components.
- b. Verify proper earthing systems and electrical panels.
- c. Ensure compliance of UPS systems, stabilizers, and lighting infrastructure.
- d. Inspect light pole installation and safety measures.

- 7. Quality Control & Field Testing
- a. Ensure civil material testing such as brick strength, sand silt content, and cement reports.
- b. Maintain proper documentation and QA records.
- c. Documentation & Compliance
- d. Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and test reports.
- e. Ensure adherence to company standards and safety norms.
- f. Coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
