Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Retail Sales Executive, primarily based at the Unfound location in Bandra. The Retail Sales Executive will greet customers and understand their needs. Daily tasks include managing in-store merchandising, processing orders and payments and ensuring a clean, welcoming shop environment. The role also involves handling customer inquiries in store and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive in-store revenue. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for face-to- face, phone interactions. Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and order processing, with comfort using digital tools and online platforms. Ability to work on-site in Bandra, including weekends and peak seasons, with a flexible and cooperative attitude. Attention to detail and interest in fashionl products or visual merchandising; prior retail experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
