Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Banquet Manager to drive banquet and event sales for our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting venue tours, closing event bookings, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate banquet sales through corporate, social, and personal event bookings.
- Handle inquiries for weddings, birthday parties, corporate meetings, conferences, kitty parties, anniversaries, and other social events.
- Conduct venue presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Negotiate pricing and packages to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen,



and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
