- 2 to 4 years experience in Software installation and Training.
- The candidate should be able to adapt in client facing role and should posse’s very good communication skills.

- Liaising with Senior Management, team and other department heads.
- Robust written and verbal business communication skills

- 2-4 years of implementation experience with any business software
- Studying and identifying client process and evaluating key functional areas software requirements
- Preparing CRS (Customer Requirement Specifications) or SRS (System Requirement Specification) or Functional Documents, identifying critical aspects of client business process
- Preparing Customization flows
- Product installation & configuration
- Assisting in Planning development & testing process and creating functional testing scenarios
- Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction using GAP analysis
- Provide user training on client site
