✔ Experience with Oracle HCM Security, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
✔ Positive understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, reporting, and workflow configurations
✔ Prior experience in delivering corporate/classroom training sessions
✔ Ability to provide real-time business use cases and hands-on demonstrations
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
