Execute production plans in coordination with the planning team to meet daily and monthly targets.

 Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.

 Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials and consumables.

 Supervise shop floor activities and manage manpower effectively.

 Identify, report, and escalate production-related issues in a timely manner.

 Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

 Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates.

 Maintain proper documentation of production data, processes, and reports.

 Ensure timely completion of production to support on-time product delivery.

 Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations.

 Handle day-to-day operational challenges and coordinate with cross-functional teams
