Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Destination Manager to handle student recruitment, admissions, university coordination, and visa guidance for international education destinations. The candidate should possess solid counselling, sales, and team management skills with in-depth knowledge of study abroad processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, and career pathways.
- Handle complete admission and application procedures for assigned destinations.
- Coordinate with international universities regarding offer letters, application status, and tuition fee processes.
- Guide students with SOPs, documentation, interview preparation, and visa filing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutional delegates.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities for student recruitment.
- Train and support counsellors and junior team members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and immigration updates.
- Ensure proper CRM management and timely follow-ups with students.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry
- Experience handling international admissions and student counselling
- Prior experience as Destination Manager / Country Manager / Team Lead preferred

Working Details

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹57,000.00 - ₹94,000.00 per month
