Position : Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Qualification : B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 4 – 10 years years of experience in SQE functions

Location : Cochin

Salary : 10 Lacs

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality management systems (QMS).

* Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements.

* Evaluate recent and existing suppliers for quality assurance processes, capabilities, and performance.

* Coordinate and communicate quality requirements with suppliers, including specifications, tolerances, and testing protocols.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers, ensuring clear communication regarding quality expectations, requirements, and timelines.





* Communicate quality issues with Supplier on time and drive them for corrective action & Preventive action.

* Preventing line stoppages in In-house due to supplier quality issues

* Get 8D report from supplier for all the reported quality issues.

* Review 8D report & monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action taken in supplier end

* Monitor supplier performances by score cards in terms of Quality, Response ,Services and mail them periodically
